Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of bentifel.com and purchases from Bentifel. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and our Privacy, Shipping, and Return and Refund policies.

Orders and products

Product availability, descriptions, and prices may change. We may limit or cancel orders affected by pricing errors, suspected fraud, inventory issues, or misuse. You are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing, and delivery information.

Recovery+ membership

Eligible product purchases include Recovery+ with a 14-day free trial. Unless canceled, Recovery+ renews at $59.99 every 14 days, plus applicable tax, until canceled. You authorize recurring charges to your payment method. You may cancel future renewals at any time through the cancellation method provided with your membership or by contacting bentifel@outlook.com. Cancel before the next billing date to avoid the next charge. Membership charges already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

Payments

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. You agree to provide current and accurate payment information and authorize the charges shown during checkout.

Returns and shipping

Physical-product returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Risk and responsibility are allocated as required by applicable law.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for unlawful activity. Site content, branding, and designs belong to Bentifel or its licensors.

Disclaimer and liability

Products and Recovery+ provide general wellness and product-support information and are not a substitute for professional medical diagnosis or emergency care. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bentifel is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms by posting a revised version. These terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction where Bentifel is headquartered, without limiting mandatory consumer protections.
