Orders are prepared as quickly as possible. Delivery estimates and available shipping methods are shown during checkout and may vary by destination.

Tracking

When tracking becomes available, we will send it to the email address used for your order. Carrier scans can take time to update after dispatch.

Address changes

Review your address carefully before ordering. If you notice an error, contact bentifel@outlook.com immediately. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered fulfillment.

Delays, loss, or damage

Carrier and customs delays can occur. If your order is delayed, lost, damaged, or marked delivered but missing, contact us with your order number so we can investigate.
