Refund policy

Lifetime Warranty for physical products

Every Bentifel physical product is covered by our Lifetime Warranty. If you are not satisfied, you can request a refund at any time after purchase. There is no 30-day deadline and you do not need to give a reason. Email bentifel@outlook.com with your order number so we can find your purchase and arrange your refund.

Replacements

If your physical product has a defect, wears out, or is accidentally damaged, contact us with your order number. We will arrange a replacement with a new product. If you would prefer a refund, you may request one instead.

Refunds

Refunds for physical products are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.

Recovery+ membership

Recovery+ begins with the advertised 14-day free trial and then renews at $59.99 every 14 days until canceled. You may cancel future renewals at any time. Membership charges already paid are non-refundable, except where required by law. Cancel before the next billing date to avoid the next charge.

European Union customers

If your order is delivered to the European Union, applicable statutory cancellation and return rights remain available.
